With 20% of the blend fermenting for one month in Hungarian oak barriques, this wine leaves a lasting impression.

Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Atalanti Valley

White vinification under controlled temperature. 20% of the blend ferments and matures in Hungarian oak barriques (228 lt) for 2 months on the lees. This balances the intense aromas of the variety making it easier to pair with food.

From selected sub mountainous vineyards, part of the privately owned vineyard of Domaine Hatzimichalis in Atalanti Valley.

Nose
Pronounced aromas. Very floral and citrusy. Peach, lemon peel, blossoms, orange leaf.
Palate
Tropical fruits, lime, grapefruit and subtle vanilla notes. Medium acidity, light body and fruity after taste. The oak makes it very balanced and easier to pair with food.
