Malagousia Dryos

Wine Varieties

As one of the most popular indigenous Greek varieties, Malagousia is a treat all by itself. Our Malagousia has been specially designed as the perfect accomplice to various gastronomic experiences.

With 20% of the blend fermenting for one month in Hungarian oak barriques, this wine leaves a lasting impression.

  • Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Atalanti Valley

  • White vinification under controlled temperature. 20% of the blend ferments and matures in Hungarian oak barriques (228 lt) for 2 months on the lees. This balances the intense aromas of the variety making it easier to pair with food.

  • From selected sub mountainous vineyards, part of the privately owned vineyard of Domaine Hatzimichalis in Atalanti Valley.
