Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Atalanti Valley

Each variety is being fermented separately with the technique of the classic white vinification method. While there is no oak, fermentation occurs in controlled low temperatures making the wine aromatic, fresh and fruity.

Both are handpicked from specific vineyards (single vineyards) with very low yield per acre/hectare, all located in Atalanti Valley.

Nose
Characteristics of a fresh wine with significant primary aromas of citrus, herbs, jasmine, pear, lemon peel, and quince.
Palate
Light body and crisp acidity. Citrus flavours and pear are the most dominant on the palate.
