• Vinification

  White vinification in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Fermentation takes place for each variety separately.

• Vineyards

  From selected vineyards of Domaine Hatzimichalis, part of the private owned vineyard in Arma, Thiva and Atalanti Valley, Central Greece.

• Tasting Profile

  Color

  Pale lemon color.

  Nose

  The citrus and floral aromas are mostly dominant such as lemon , gardenia and elderflower , as well as apricot or nectarine.

  Palate

  Apricot and lemon are the most evident among the fruits. Light body, medium acidity, refreshing finish, all these contribute to an easy drinking wine.

  Best served at 7-10 ºC
