Kapnias White
Wine Varieties
Harvested from our Zygos vineyard, 350 meters (1,150 feet) above sea level, Kapnias White is our lowest yielding white variety. No irrigation systems are used at this vineyard in order to increase concentration. After fermenting and maturing for 8 months in Hungarian oak barriques by method of batonnage, this wine stays 12+ months in cellars.
Tasting of the most eloquently smokey Chardonnay, our Kapnias White wine is best enjoyed in the next 5-10 years.
