Wine Varieties

Syrah, Mavroudi, and Cabernet Sauvignon are blended together to create an easy drinking light wine.

  • Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Central Greece

  • Each variety is being fermented separately with the technique of the classic red vinification method. It matures for 6 months in small French oak barriques under controlled temperature, in our underground cellars.

  • From selected vineyards of Domaine Hatzimichalis, part of the private owned vineyard in Arma, Thiva and Atalanti Valley, Central Greece.

  • Nose

    Mostly primary aromas. Red fruits such red cherry, redcurrant and red plum are most dominant. However, notes of some black fruits and spices are evident.

    Palate

    The black and red fruits are appearing on the palate as well. Clove and cinnamon balance the fruits. Medium tannins and acidity, light body. The finish is very pleasant.

    Best served at 13-16 ºC
