Each variety is being fermented separately with the technique of the classic red vinification method. It matures for 6 months, in small French oak barriques under controlled temperature, in our underground cellars.

From selected vineyards of Domaine Hatzimichalis, part of the private owned vineyard in Atalanti Valley and Arma in Central Greece.

Color
Deep ruby color.
Nose
Mostly primary aromas with the red fruits being most dominant. Red cherry, redcurrant and red plum. Notes of spices such as cloves and cinnamon.
Palate
The spices and red fruits are evident on the palate as well. Medium tannins and acidity, light body and pleasant finish. An overall easy to drink wine with enjoyable flavours.
Best served at 15 - 18ºC.
